Smiles
The Monday Greeting Challenge at The Outlawz this week was "Anything Goes". I received a MISTI for Christmas, so I was playing with it. The stamps that I used are from Unity Stamp Company. I used versa ink on the flowers.

Happy 60th birthday!
The final coloring challenge at The Outlawz was this past week. I have been having a great time making these cards with the crazy birds. My hairdresser will be turning 60 in February, so I had to make him a great card!

Sunflower
Wednesday sketch at The Outlawz. I needed to step away from Christmas when I did this. And since it is more like late spring in Pennsylvania then winter, I thought sunflowers were appropriate. All of the elements on the card were stickers that I colored with copics. The ribbon is wrapped around the card with the fourth sunflower placed on top.
Fat Snowman
The color challenge at The Outlawz this week gave an option of 5 colors. The three I chose to use were Robin Red, Pure Gold, and Green Glow. The twist was that you needed to include a snowman or snow on your card. I do love this fat snowman and have been using him a lot lately.

Casology 178
The Cue Card at Casology this week was "Merry". I stamped and embossed the Merry Christmas in gold. I used Spellbinders Labels 4 to cut the frame in the red sparkle paper.

Winter Wonderland ATC
I did this ATC for a "Winter Wonderland" swap. Of course, I needed to be a little non-traditional. The background is done with gelatos. All the elements were done with die cuts. The tips of the tree were done with a white pen.

Crazy Bird Birthday
The Paper Ala Mode challenge at The Outlawz this past week was "Anything Goes". I decided to play with a technique that a friend had shared. The background is made on a cereal box in which paint was lightly applied with your fingers. You then stamped onto the first layer. Finally, paper from sewing patterns and music were added. I went one step further and stenciled the alphabet on using texture paste. The birds, of course, are from Tim Holtz. I love these crazy birds!

Pots of Flowers
I have been playing with my Northwoods stamps lately. I have been coloring with my watercolor crayons. It gives such a soft look to the picture. I then use glitter on the flowers.
Fat Snowman
I recently did this image as a card for someone. I liked it so much that I decided to use it on my canvas for the Pages in Time mixed media kit this month.

Jingle Bells
The Monday Greeting challenge at The Outlawz this week was to create a card based on a Christmas movie. I read "Music", not Movie. So, I created Jingle Bells. Oh, well it was fun.
Cocoa Snowman
The Sunday CAS challenge at The Outlawz was to include a snowman on your card. This snowman is from Bugaboo. I used washi tape to create the stripes in the background.

Winter Wonderland Pocket Letter
This is the latest pocket letter I have created. I love the bargello technique and works well for me with the pocket letters. Everything is very monochromatic. I used stamps, die cuts and stickers on my cards.
Triple fun cupcakes
I am working on my cards for early in 2016. This is my cupcake card for January for my friends in stamp club. I used a die cut to cut them out and then put them on sticky paper and glittered them. I used washi tape to border my background.

Girly, Girly
The Twisted Thursday challenge at The Outlawz this week was "Girly, Girly". I have this fabric which has all little boys and girls on it. It is the first I have had the opportunity to use it. It came out really cute.

Music
The Monday Greetings challenge this week was to add music to your card. My music is both on the background paper and coming from the piano. I embossed everything on this card with gold embossing powder. I used a black copic to border the focal points.
Hedgie Christmas
The Saturday Paper A La Mode challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to make a Christmas card. I used a Penny Black image for my card. I used Sparkle-n-Fluff on their hats. The stars and scissors have glossy accents on them.

Addicted to CAS - Joy
The Addicted to CAS challenge this time was to make a card representing joy. The poinsettias are from an old Hero Arts set I had. I colored them and then cut them out. Each one is popped up and the one in the middle is double popped.
CAS on Sunday 73
The CAS on Sunday challenge was to include stars on your card. I chose to use a tree that was made of stars and star stickers in each of the corners.

The Cute Card Thursday challenge this week was to added glitter to your card. I did a Z-fold for this card and used my favorite House Mouse stamps. The glitter was added to their "swings" and with Spica pens to their ropes and the tree branches.

The current challenge at Caseology used the word "tree" on the cue card. I stamped this tree from Stampscapes with Wendy Vecchi Fern Green Archival Ink. The strip of washi tape on the side adds the finishing touch.

CAS ornament
The current CAS card challenge at The Outlawz is to include an ornament on your card. This cute bear and his ornaments is from Bugaboo. The piece of washi tape made a great floor for the bear to be sitting on.
Transportation Home
The Sunday CAS challenge last week at The Outlawz was to make a card showing how you were going to get home for the holidays. I chose to go home is this really cool sleigh. I embossed it in gold and added the bow.

Black Belt
My friend's son just achieved his Black Belt. I used the bargello technique to add the colors of all the belts that had been earned. The karate outfit is a dimensional embellishment from Jolees.

Snow
The challenge at Mixed Media Mojo this month was "Sentiment". My sentiment is snow which I did with glass bead glitter from Faber-Castell. I used gelatos and Viva Inca Gold on the background. There are embossed snowflakes and acrylic paint that was added with my splatter brush. The small snowflakes were done with texture paste.
Strange Lady
The Tuesday Color Challenge at The Outlawz this week was a Tic-Tac-Toe board. I went straight down the middle which included 2 shades of purple and a blue. The embellishment was to add sparkle. This image came from Unity Stamp Company. My sparkle was added to all the black areas and the fish by using Wink of Stella Pens.

More Backgrounds
This back used bubble wrap and ink.
On this background we painted a paper towel with patterned texture with acrylic paint and then transferred the paint to the cardstock. I used all neon paints with black cardstock. The butterflies are fabric.

Backgrounds
This past month at Stamp Club we did a variety of backgrounds. This one used masking tape that you picked up ink with and then placed the ink on the cardstock. I used two colors of archival ink to do my card.
This background used Prima chalk edgers that were placed on plastic wrap. The plastic wrap was then spritzed with water and then dabbed onto the cardstock.
