The Color Challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to use the colors of the flag of British Columbia. Those colors include: Red, White, Blue, and Yellow. The image is from Unity Stamp Company.

Card Concept 427

The current challenge at Card Concept involved a photo inspiration. The inspiration was a cup of tea. I decided to use that as my inspiration for my card.

The CAS challenge at The Outlawz this week is Mother's Day. I used a decoupage flower image for my focal point and then embossed the background using two different embossing folders.

The Monday Greetings challenge at The Outlawz this week was "Living on the Edge" You needed to use a diecut or border on the edge of your card. I chose to use a spellbinders edge die on my white layer for this card.

A recent Paper Ala Mode challenge at The Outlawz was "Anything Goes".   This is one awesome owl from Unity Stamp Company. The sentiment is awesome and fits him so well.

Have a Bowl

The Twisted Thursday challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to add a sentiment to your card. I had recently done the male version of the bowlers, so now it was time for the female version. These ladies look like they are having too much fun! The images are from Art Impressions.

Drapery Card

I have been playing with drapery cards recently. This was first attempt at this drapery fold. I really like this fold.

I made this card for a polka dot challenge. This is a new image from Stampendous, which I absolutely fell in love with! I love the sentiment that is on the stamp.

Fully Re-Covered

The CAS challenge this week at The Outlawz was to make a "Get Well" card. It was my week to post and I decided in honor of Nurse's Week, get well cards were appropriate. The background paper is the curtain around the patient. The image is from Art Impressions.

Crazy Bird ATC

I made this Crazy Bird ATC for a swap that I recently participated in. The background was done with Colorburst. The bird was colored using Zig clean color real brush.

Hello Friend

A group I belong to recently did a plaid challenge. Once again, the crazy birds found their way onto my card. I think the bird is actually a little concerned about all the squirrels.

I recently did this ATC for a swap that I was involved with. I used color bursts for the background. The left side of the ATC have washi tape stripes. I love the Tim Holtz Crazy Birds.

Happy Cupcake Day

I made this card for a friend to help celebrate her cupcake (half-birthday) day this month.  The cupcake was made using glittered stickers that I placed over different colors of card stock.

The current challenge at Addicted to CAS is "Plaid". I chose to use this pinecone image from Unity Stamp Company.

The current challenge at The Card Concept is Spring Flowers". I used an image from Unity Stamp Company and colored it with copics. I added stickles for bling. The bakers twine finished off the card.

Cute Card Thursday

The challenge at Cute Card Thursday this week was No Patterned Paper! To compensate for that I embossed all my card stock that I used behind the rooster image from Unity Stamp Company.

Simon Says Stamp Challenge

The current challenge at Simon Says Stamp is "Anything Goes". I decided to play with this new Unity stamp. I added some glitter to her hair for sparkle.

CASology - Sprinkle

A recent challenge at CASology was "Sprinkle". My interpretation of that cue was sprinkles on an ice cream cone. The image is from Unity Stamp Company. I used a piece of washi tape on the edge of the card.

bird canvas

This is a 6 x6 canvas that was started with a napkin. I popped up the butterfly and postage stamp. I then  added the bunch of flowers in the upper left corner.

May Day

The CAS challenge at The Outlawz this week was "May Day". You needed to include flowers on your card. The image is from Unity Stamp Company. I used an embossing folder on the yellow side of the card base.

Drapery card

This was my first drapery card. I watched several videos and decided on this design.

Love Grows Here

This is a 6 x 6 canvas that I used a napkin for the base. I added the stencils over the napkin and then added the flowers on top. I used some stickles on the flowers.
