Something new, Something old, Something blue

The Paper Ala Mode challenge at The Outlawz this past Saturday was to use something new, old, and blue. The rain boots are new (unity stamps). The DP is old (from my stash). The layering papers are blue. I used used Viva Pearl pens to do the center of the flowers and the other dots on the boots.
