The Color challenge this past week at The Outlawz included the colors of Lapis Lazuli, Swan White, Grass Green, and Sunflower yellow. The twist was to do something other than a card. This is a canvas. The background uses Dylusions paints and inks. The images are all from Dylusions. I painted them with Dylusions inks. I used a stencil and Texture paste mixed with Dina Wakely paint to create the "algae". Viva clear glass effects gel was used for the bubbles.
